Prices are in NOK including 25% VAT. Billing is handled by Paddle.com Inc. as merchant of record, which ensures full EU VAT compliance.

What is the 2% commission?

In addition to the fixed monthly price, we take 2% of the revenue you get through the Sparebørsen platform. This covers:

Exposure in the Sparebørsen app and website
Payouts to customers (we hold the balance and pay out)
Fraud detection and duplicate protection
Infrastructure, backups and security

Fixed monthly price: 999 kr
300 transactions × 500 kr average = 150,000 kr revenue
2% commission: 3,000 kr
Total per month: 3,999 kr

Frequently asked questions

Is there a lock-in period?+

No. You can cancel at any time, and the final invoice covers the period until the cancellation date.

What happens if I cancel the trial?+

You can cancel the subscription from the dashboard. You keep dashboard access for the rest of the current period, but no new transactions are registered after cancellation.

How am I billed?+

Through Paddle.com Inc. as merchant of record. You can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), or by bank invoice on the Enterprise plan. All VAT is handled automatically.

Can I change plan?+

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. On a downgrade, the new plan applies from the next billing period.

Refunds?+

See our refund policy. In short: we refund the unused fixed fee on withdrawal within 14 days, and we only charge commission on actual transactions.

How many transactions can I have?+

Starter has 100 a month, Growth has 1,000 a month, and Enterprise is unlimited. If you exceed the limit we recommend upgrading; otherwise we bill 2 kr per transaction over the limit.
